Give without holding anything back
On January 20, 2009, in Successful leadership, by Neculai Fantanaru

To move the world we must first move ourselves.

An athlete enters in the bodybuilding hall, takes his clothes off, makes his warming and gets fast to work. He seems determined to show everyone around what he is capable of. His body is carefully worked; each muscle is carved apart, polished. He works hard, biceps, triceps, abdominal muscles, thigh. etc. It seems that he is not the man who gets easily defeated.

Two or three days a week the athlete enters the bodybuilding hall with joy and a lot of enthusiasm, and each time he gives everything to develop his muscles. But he does not lift weights so that he is prepared in case, let's say, he will be attacked on the street by a villain. He lifts weights because he wants to be better than his opponents, who he will have to face at the future athletics contests. Based on the training he makes day by day, he could become better and he could establish a new world record.

“Give without holding anything back” it's the winner's motto. Every person who has initiative and work hard will always be rewarded. Talent is not enough without a constantly and long effort. Who wants to become a winner has to develop at maximum his existent potential.

Winners do not have to be motivated to work more in order to obtain great results and to improve their performances. They train themselves because they are aware of the fact that the only way to have a success is to be in a continual development.

The beginning is always the hardest

The greek philosopher, Socrates, insisted on: “In order to move the world we must first move ourselves.” Sounds right, isn't it? The beginning is always the harder. But once you formed a sustained and balanced rhythm of work you will be able to finish any kind of tasks, even if it looks very hard at a moment.

Desire is not enough to accomplish everything you hold forth and ca not help you pass over life challenge. And good intentions will never have the power to make you start. The only way to become better in a certain field is to decide to start and then stick to the end.

If you truly want to achieve all your goals, if you want to become an elite performer, a true winner, then give all of you without holding anything back.
