I was in front of some truths that no one suspected them, feeding my spirit, expectations, with the false impression created by a bunch of unrevealed thoughts. Simple innovations, units, based on a unique center of depth to see, to seek and find what is not said in words or can not be explained rationally, pertaining to another reality.

An inner door, locked with many large bars, separated me by another space, another man, by another way of being, by a different purpose. As if I had consistently pleased the requirements of a new consciousness, the premise of a new becoming, build from a tough layer of knowledge, like a scientific and cultural establishment, functioning under the authority of a supreme council.

The words of Alexandre Dumas came back to my mind, smoothly and calculated, raising a doubt accompanied by an inner tremor, felt so powerful that the delicate strain of my creative energies, sometimes painful, persisted for several minutes:

"Investigate the past, investigate the present, try to predict the future, and look if not by chance you are a tool". The tool of a force created by an Alter-Ego, only some fragments of images and thoughts that go crazy. Be careful not to get away from yourself, be careful not to get lost in someone else's personality.

However, the gearbox of the conscience, which was intended to amplify the reality, seemed cut out of the landscape.

Do you attribute a unique value to your situation in the context of an Alter-Ego comprised of what isolates you and what draws you close to your secret springs of motivation?

I turned more and more into a magician, but into a Wilhelm Storitz with a sharp sword that could penetrate any material body, just as easily as in every heart. With every drop of blood, every tissue, every cell, an invisible force was imposing itself more and more, triggering questions waiting for answers. Un dernier spasme de la défaite. A deep wound that could be healed only in great secrecy.

True vision is not affirmed by what you observe on the outside, but by what you reveal when you look fearlessly into your own abysses. How could I have recognized that the invisible force that was beginning to shape my being was also working through the darkest parts of it? Was I ready to give up burdensome perfection in favor of a more complex and authentic identity? In any case, I was beginning to study my different inner worlds without judging or denying them.

My secret motivation, from a long line of unanswered searches, was to get to know myself by studying a different world, by approaching a new theme in psychology, by assimilating a more complex and ambiguous identity, one in which darkness is given legitimacy in the order of existence instead of being denied in favor of burdensome perfection.

Leadership: Can you focus reality in a frame of contrast and suggestiveness, so that the audience has a high-impact emotional experience?

A new personality, a different way of being, a Wilhelm Storitz possessing all the complexity of passions, feelings and human beliefs. A person loaded with mystery and the holder of some long-buried secrets – the secrets of a mysterious state, invisible, but suffocating like a tightly-screwed cordon around a curtain.

A wave of blood was gushing coldly and cutting, while another one warm and precious receded suddenly like the ocean’s water, leaving behind a wet beach. An acute sense of reality, the measured pride of my character’s metamorphosis.

The same whisper, fierce and seething like a drop of whiskey in the desert, pushed backward "Investigate ! Investigate ! Investigate." Just like an invisible body that starts to regain its physical form, appearing in the supreme convulsions of becoming. In somehow definite pleasure, by making place in every nerve of my body. A new reality. The last deadline in order to meet my unseen enemy: myself.

What do you do when you wake up stuck in the elevator, without knowing when and how you will get out of there?

To substitute yourself to another personality it is like waking up stuck in the elevator, without knowing when and how you will get out of there. You can only wait for the arrival of some help, or you can suffer a fatal reaction.

Or, you can initiate your own rescue, giving away the curtain of vulnerability and distributing yourself into a superhero role, in which you must give all of yourself. A role, in which the power to be yourself, discovering your full characteristics and assuming everything you do, is the most important advantage to get rid of the influence of an Alter-Ego, thus defeating the symptoms of "Wilhelm Storitz" syndrome.

What do you discover about yourself when you accept ambiguity as a natural part of your identity? Can you live with the questions triggered by the invisible force without demanding immediate answers? Remember that true vision is not affirmed by what you observe externally, but by what you integrate from shadow and light into a unified vision.

The true magician is not the one who makes the shadow disappear, but the one who consciously integrates it into his luminosity.

The Law Of The Unique Personality highlights the uncertainty that you feel when you are at the point of turning yourself into someone else. In leadership, you do not have to change your personality, but you must shape it, to refine it in order to be as close to an ideal whose coordinates are widely accepted.

At the same time, highlights the feeling of guilt towards yourself, towards your weakness - that you are not who you are supposed to be, that you understand things differently than they are in reality, and that you look at everything with less lucidity. Nevertheless, all this new press, replacing the old one, all this amalgam of energies and vibrations directed elsewhere, takes place in a private framework. Everything depends on you, to equip this framework with a kind of stronger "to be" that does not succumb to the influences and pressures, alien of the leadership of quality.
