Once again, I have to make mention of the movie "Lionheart (1990)". As I was saying in the preceding article, the main character, Lyon Gaultier deserts from the Foreign Legion and reaches the United States of America. However, he comes too late, his brother had already passed away and his wife left with no money to take care of the child. Feeling somehow responsible for the fate of two people left without support, he decides to help them.
Nevertheless, the poor woman who can barely endure her torment, the poor creature seriously touched of the wing of loneliness, concerned about the payment of the interminable bills – she, who was part of that needy class, starting with the last strapped man and extending from misery to misery, until the latter stages of society; she, whose only reason for existence, the only defense against the vicissitudes of life was only her daughter, Nicole, the angel like descended from heaven, especially to maintain her existence, a being so gentle, so loving and happy - cannot hurt her pride and denies Lyon, her only relative, her only hope, fiercely refusing any help from him.

But the man, the man who God created in his own image, man upon whom God has established as the first law, unique and supreme, the love for his neighbor, the man who knows his heart and does not betray it by ignorance or cowardice - cannot abdicate from the moral principles that defines him.
But man - man, who God created in his own image, man, upon whom God has laid his first, his sole commandment, to love his neighbour - man, to whom God has given a voice to express his thoughts - what is his first cry when he hears his fellowman is saved?
Lyon was such a person - a filled with love being, not just a tremendous fighter, and this love full of spirit, full of care, full of wisdom, which never finds its place in the heart of anyone, for the first time it is revealed. As a doctor who takes seriously the patient's disease and seeks to treat it with the utmost care, he knows very well that behind the drawn curtains from the window of her little chamber, stands a lonely heart, burdened by indigence, which struggles every day by fighting with all aspects of the existence - undermining his faith and confidence in the future.
Therefore, he approaches with enthusiasm, with great finesse, and much sense of observation of her. First, he rents a house close to her. He looks for her going to work and back, analyses her from the perspective of the sponsor who must respect the contractual terms. Knowing closely about the wounds that hurts her, finding out the problems that she faces, although, she did not suspect, not even the smallest thing. Apparently indifferent, he lets her consuming in her dull existence, to bear her own burden. However then, gradually, as a wizard that makes spells and wonders, which magically breaks any type of chains, removing any ordeal, he arranges it so that she receives small amounts of money, which becomes increasingly bigger amounts, which he wins in highly profitable illegal battles.
And not without use. For, in the final, she realizes who her benefactor is. She forgives him all, and gets to appreciate and attach to him.
Is the result of consolidating a close position in agreement with the impact of the next state equation of a closed or open system?
The reasoning of a man who wants to overcome its reference value (the date of feelings and moral force concentration) doesn’t limit to the principles of knowledge established on vision, more likely it starts from the nature of that knowledge, which perceives the casual context of producing a positive impact.
And the result of consolidating a close position by which you show who you truly are can be installed by a sensibility of spiritual openness, that is by reshaping the perception about a „world" lost in appearance (the world of a defenseless human being, who sees itself scattered and ripped of the reality of a happy existence).
The concrete and individual way in which you identify the attempts to get closer to other people, put under the mark of new beginnings, depend on the two maintenance systems: closed or open.
The closed system operates absolutely alone and stomps rights and freedoms, relating only to those who supports its functioning. While the open system catches that image you want to show to everyone, in the form of an individualization that results from your emotional state.
As a leader, you cannot put by yourself on the top of the people, telling them: "Follow me" without first setting and customizing an entire list of favorable factors that would trigger the specific mechanics of a deep knowledge in the relationships with the others - just as a writer, before writing a novel, shapes the personality of each of his characters.
The true revelation of your manifestations of affection and admiration finds expression in the sense you give to the meaning of a part of the whole life of someone who has been categorized as unworthy of consideration.
You cannot produce a change in other people if you fail to appropriately modify their feelings, which involves understanding their ideals and aspirations, their moral and emotional nature.
It is therefore, necessary first to immerse somehow in their existence, searching for those aspects that can facilitate their transformation – like a magician, like a superior man through his qualities, endowed with the gift of empathy, to support their alive interest for change – by equipping your leadership with the power to look deeper into the soul of the people, to recognize their inner reality after its outside appearance.
The leader is "the wizard" that breaks the chains of incognizance, of ignorance, and indifference. He is the one who has a positive impact on people, on their progress - and to have this effect, he must be familiar with the human nature and the ways of influencing their feelings and thinking.
How do you evidence the evolution of your Self according to the rigor of a systematic spirit, as a keeper of authentic essences, so that you can channel understanding into the true dimensions of human nature?
In the leadership’s case, where are gathered all the values, feelings, principles, beliefs (that must be alive, able to influence, to push, to enliven the spirits) it is added and the problem of an objective analysis, of a systematic assessment of the human being.
Precisely, for the leader to make full proof of the evolution of his own Ego; the proof of a successor not only of knowledge, but especially of the principles, spirit and of the sound values, adopted and promoted, he must develop his analytical spirit, which allows him to self-assess himself and to properly assess people and facing situations.
Just as a writer passionate about the human nature investigates and knows closely the wounds of the society where he lives, similarly, a leader who gives all his skill to be efficient, channeling all his efforts in his leadership’s integration, by thorough research of the unity, of the essence, and of the features of which it is constituted the human nature: by finding out the proper value of the people, with the rigors, darknesses, with its brilliance, by examining many aspects of their experiences and feelings, protecting them of the false understanding of a concrete reality.
The Ego is the mysterious part of your power to show gratitude for creating a paradise where there is nothing but pain.
The power of the leader lies precisely in understanding the fundamental issues related to human dimension, just as the power of the doctor lies in his theoretical and practical knowledge. He finds a reliable ally in the advance process of knowledge, of discovery of the most uplifting experiences, aspirations, ideals that are emitted, addressed, and issued by the human being in its entirety, being faced with some difficult decisions – into its fully completion.
Only knowing the constituent elements of the human being by knowing its complexity, only the intelligent manipulation and in beneficial purposes of the mind and spirit, which constantly feeds its faith, existence, and the power to go forward, the leader may prove his true value.
He can make proof of the evolution of his own Ego, only instilling in people the strong feelings that touch and make vibrate the most sensitive chords of their souls. Because leadership depends on the functioning of the other people, just as the life of a racing driver depends on the engine’s perfect functioning of the car that he drives.
To make a man’s life a paradise, one must first discover the hidden face of what man has most severely hidden in himself, without testing his strength of character. Where is the suffering of man, what is its true source, and in what way is it manifested?
The wizard that breaks any type of chains is someone who dedicates himself to his inner calling, guided by an intuitive force that contributes to the creation of a positive image and a magnetic personality. He manages to have a decisive and a positive influence upon the other people, helping to improve their progress and performance.
